Founder & Principal Consultant, Command Joy Co.
Attorney. Strategist. Fundraiser. Builder of Bold, Mission-Driven Institutions.

Christina Jones is an organizational development expert and fund development strategist with nearly 15 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations grow with purpose, clarity, and sustainability. She is the founder of Command Joy Co., a consulting firm dedicated to equipping churches, nonprofits, and faith-based institutions with the tools they need to raise more money, strengthen infrastructure, and protect their communities.

A seasoned attorney and former C-suite nonprofit executive, Christina has led organizational growth efforts that have raised over $11 million in individual, foundation, corporate, and government funding. She specializes in building out donor engagement systems, creating grant pipelines, designing annual giving campaigns, and aligning communications with fundraising strategy to drive results.

Her work extends beyond revenue. Christina helps organizations build internal structures that last—facilitating leadership transitions, integrating cross-functional teams, and leading strategic planning during times of change. She has successfully guided organizations through mergers, brand redesigns, and large-scale campaign launches.

Known for her clear thinking, calm leadership, and mission alignment, Christina brings a faith-informed, trauma-informed, and equity-rooted approach to her work. She understands the complexities of leading in communities with deep needs and deep faith—and meets her clients with both expertise and empathy.

Christina is also a wife, a mom, and a survivor, and brings each of those identities to her work. She is especially passionate about helping Black-led churches and nonprofits build the infrastructure they need to thrive, not just survive.
